“The “ free high speed internet “ doesn’t exist. What they claim it WiFi only lasts few minutes and cut you off. Beach area was clean and nice, but if you want to seat on a chair and under an umbrella, you’ll have to bring your own or rent them for about forty dollars a day. They do nickel and dime you every step you take. A lot of miscellaneous charges that no one could explain what these charges include, no one. We love Hilton Head Island, but will not go back to Hilton beach front hotel.”

“This was me and my family’s 2nd time staying at this hotel and it’s such a nice place to stay. Hotel staff is super friendly and helpful. Love the gelato!! My favorite treat. My kids loved the pool and it’s a great place to fully get away and relax. I would stay a 3rd time.”

“Rooms were hot”

“We’ve been coming to this resort for several years and it’s the second year we’ve had problems with the room. This year the air conditioning, microwave and tv were not working when we checked into our room. It took maintenance 1.5 hrs to fix the issues and during that time we were not offered to switch rooms. Once complete maintenance left. We went down to the front desk who was aware of the issue and had said nothing during the duration, and the most they offered was to remove the resort fee……

“Property is old but the villas are clean and well maintained. The Tennis and pickleball courts were awesome! The swimming pool and hot tub are excellent! The location is very convenient. Worth the money!”
